MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A man was sentenced to life in prison on Friday by Berkeley County Circuit Judge Christopher Wilkes because he had been convicted of at least three felonies, according to the Berkeley County Prosecutor's office.

Charles Stanley Weaver, 41, address unavailable, was convicted on Feb. 25 of first-degree robbery, according to a press release from the prosecutor's office.

A life sentence means he was sentenced to serve 15 years to life, Prosecutor Pamela Games-Neely said.
