Fletcher said Ruth McDaniel, 68, of Charles Town, pulled out from the grocery store's parking lot in front of another car.

The driver of the other car, Rosanna Corbin, 18, of Charles Town, hit the front side of McDaniel's Ford Taurus, Fletcher said. He said Corbin was driving a Dodge Neon.
