Live music, open shops during city's Night Out

Downtown Hagerstown's "Thursday Night Out on The Town" promotion will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. today.Individuals will get a taste of the upcoming Western Maryland Blues Fest which will be held in June. KoKo Blue will play at the corner of North Potomac and East Franklin streets, Pete Lancaster will play at the corner of South Potomac Street and East Antietam Street, and Ronnie Ray and the Coolers will play in Public Square.

The promotion also boasts discounts and specials at retail shops. Parking will be free along the street and on surface lots, as well as in the North Potomac Parking Deck. Visit a downtown business and receive a free dessert coupon to be used tonight with your purchase of a dinner at many downtown restaurants.
