Washington County schools announce calendar changes

Washington County Public Schools and central offices will be closed April 8, 9 and 12 for spring break.

If schools are closed because of inclement weather before spring break, then Thursday is scheduled to be used as a makeup day.

Thursday, April 15, is a regular school day. Students will be dismissed 2 1/2 hours early on Friday, April 23.

Schools and the central office will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31.

Because of previous inclement weather days, the last day of school for students will be Thursday, June 10, with a 2 1/2 hour-early dismissal that day.

Graduation ceremonies are scheduled on the evening of Thursday, June 10, and the morning of Friday, June 11.
