2 men hold up King St. eatery in Martinsburg

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Police are searching for two men who held up employees at a downtown restaurant Sunday morning and made off with cash.

Martinsburg police said officers were called to the Station Grill Restaurant at 3:52 a.m. Sunday for a report of an armed robbery.

Restaurant employees told police that two men wearing dark clothes and masks entered the building and followed two employees to the office area.

One of the men pointed a handgun at the employees and demanded money, police said in a news release.

The men took an undetermined amount of cash and fled, police said.

A Martinsburg Police Department K-9 assisted in the search for the men.

The robbers are described by police as black males with thin builds, between 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 150 to 170 pounds.
