She is a 1997 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School and received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Colorado in 2001. She is employed as a project engineer in the oversight of construction projects with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, Calif.
Mr. Troncatti is the son of Pamela K. Troncatti of Williamsport and Richard H. Troncatti Sr. of Hagerstown. He is a 1999 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He is serving with the 1st Transportation Battalion of the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton and will be deployed to Iraq this month.
