"Bad Apple"

Chris Noth, who was a cop on "Law & Order" before he was Mr. Big on "Sex and the City," stars as an undercover FBI agent in this new movie based on a novel by Anthony Bruno. Colm Meaney plays his partner, and Dagmara Dominczyk is the woman he probably shouldn't have fallen for.

9 p.m. on Showtime

"Crown Heights"

A rabbi and the black leader of a youth program (Howie Mandel and Mario Van Peebles) join forces to help troubled young people in a Brooklyn neighborhood torn by racial tension. This new family movie is based on actual events in Crown Heights, where rioting erupted in 1991 after a black boy was killed by a car driven by a Hasidic Jewish man.
