FREDERICK, Md. - The Frederick County Sheriff's Department has issued an arrest warrant charging a Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon employee in connection with an armed robbery there Saturday.
Deputies charged Daniel X. Morrow, 29, who has no identified permanent address, with armed robbery, first- and second-degree assault, use of handgun in the commission of a violent crime, handgun on person, reckless endangerment and theft over $500 in the arrest warrant, a department news release said.
Morrow, a server at the Spectrum Drive business, allegedly demanded money from a manager at gunpoint at about 3:34 a.m., according to the release.
The release said Morrow has served prison terms in the past for armed robberies in Maryland and New York.
Morrow is described as a 5- foot 4-inch, 160-pound white male with a shaved head, thin beard and a muscular build, the release said. He was last seen wearing a blue and tan plaid shirt, tan Windbreaker and blue jeans.
