CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A Hagerstown man was flown to York (Pa.) Hospital early Sunday after being shot during an argument in the parking lot of Rob & Dara's Tavern, 464 Hollywell Ave., according to Chambersburg police.

Loderick L. Gordon, 22, address unavailable, was listed in stable condition Sunday night, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Police had not made an arrest in the shooting as of Sunday night, according to Sgt. John Phillippy.

Police said the shooting occurred at about 2 a.m. and was preceded by an argument between Gordon and an unknown black male. Gordon was shot once, sustaining wounds to his abdomen and right thigh, according to police.

After shooting Gordon, the man walked away from the tavern parking lot and was last seen on Black Avenue, police said.

Gordon initially was taken to Chambersburg Hospital, where he was stabilized before being flown to York by Life Lion helicopter, police said.
