Singer Society's Treasure Sale

All County Orchestra


Maryland Symphony Orchestra Music Director Elizabeth Schulze will conduct the senior high orchestra and Anne Monroe of Shepherd College will conduct the middle school during the Washington County Public Schools All County Orchestra concert. Lunar eclipse party


Morgan County Observatory Foundation will host a lunar eclipse party with a guest speaker from NASA. Telescopes will be set up for the public to watch the total eclipse of the moon. The play, set aboard a cargo ship in the South Pacific, is the winner of the 1948 Tony Award for Best Play, by Thomas Heggen and Joshua Logan.
