HANCOCK - Hancock Town Councilman Greg Yost said Wednesday that the Hancock Youth Center will hold an open house Oct. 3-4.
Yost said food, refreshments and door prizes will be provided. The open house is open to all members of the public.
He said Youth Center representatives will be on hand to explain a new policy, which requires parents whose children attend the center to volunteer there two hours a month.
Also in October, the Youth Center will have a Halloween Party for young children and a dance for middle school age children.
