A second man has been arrested in connection with an August armed robbery at a Prospect Street business.
Eugene Russell Lattisaw, 20, was arrested in Prince George's County, Md., Wednesday evening and brought to Washington County, where he was wanted on warrants, Hagerstown City Police said.
He was being held Thursday on $75,000 at the Washington County Detention Center after District Judge Ralph H. France raised his bond at the request of the State's Attorney's Office.
Lattisaw, whose last known address was an apartment at 1925 Belle Haven Drive, Hyattsville, Md., was charged with one count of armed robbery, one count of general robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangerment, one count of wearing or carrying a handgun, one count of using a handgun in a crime of violence, and one count of theft.
