Police have arrested an employee of a Prospect Street business in connection with an August armed robbery, and are looking for a second man in connection with the crime, Hagerstown City Police said Wednesday.
Police were seeking the public's help in finding Eugene Russell Lattisaw, 20, whose last known address was an apartment at 1925 Belle Haven Drive in Hyattsville, Md.
Lattisaw is described as black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He is charged in a warrant with armed robbery, general robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangerment, one count of wearing or carrying a handgun, one count of using a handgun in a crime of violence, and one count of theft.
Anthony Leon Williams, 33, of 13725 Pennsylvania Ave., Trailer 4F, Hagerstown, was taken into custody Aug. 25, police said. He was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and was being held on $100,000 bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
