Nora's Triple Crunchy Cheddar Ham and Macaroni One-Dish Supper

(Prep time: 20 minutes Bake time: 30 to 40 minutes)

  • 1 1-pound box elbow macaroni noodles

  • 2 10 3/4-ounce cans cheddar cheese soup

  • 1/2 soup can, 6 ounces, of milk

  • 2 cups cooked ham, chopped

  • 1 can cheddar-flavored french fried onions

  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Butter-flavored cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook elbow macaroni noodles as directed, just until slightly tender. Drain.

Spray a 9-by-13 baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Transfer the macaroni into the baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup and milk. Mix until creamy.

Add ham to noodles.

Chop 1/2 can of cheddar onions and mix into the macaroni and ham.

Pour cheese mixture over macaroni and stir until completely covered.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining 1/2 can of cheddar onions. Return to oven for another 10 minutes until onions are golden brown.
