Actresses reflect on Hollywood's ruthless side in this documentary that marks Rosanna Arquette's debut as a director. A big issue for women is that "they want to put you out to pasture" around age 40. As for Winger, who at the height of her fame walked away for six years, "Show business just made me rough and hard."
