Plenty of things left to do at Berkeley County Youth Fair

The 56th annual Berkeley County Youth Fair is being held through Saturday on the 142-acre fairgrounds at the Harry D. Shelley Park on Golf Course Road southeast of Martinsburg, W.Va.

Here is a selection of upcoming events:

Today


  • Noon - Indoor exhibits open to public.

  • 5 p.m. - Ice cream eating contest.

  • 6:30 p.m. - Truck and tractor pull.

  • 7 p.m. - 4-H style show.

  • 8:30 p.m. - Livestock Jeopardy.


Wednesday


  • 9 a.m. - Beef showmanship and judging.

  • 4 p.m. - Chicken barbecue.

  • 6 p.m. - Doughnut eating contest.

  • n 8 p.m. - Ty Herndon performs.


Thursday


  • 9 a.m. - Horse show.

  • 6 p.m. - Watermelon eating contest.

  • 6:30 p.m. - Kiddie pedal tractor pull.

  • 7 p.m. - Talent show.

  • 7 p.m. - Horse pull.
