Three schools in Panhandle fall short for at least two years

The following Eastern Panhandle public schools are among the 42 in West Virginia that have failed to entirely comply with standards established by the No Child Left Behind Act for at least two years, according to the state Department of Education.

  • Charles Town Middle School

  • Martinsburg High School

  • Musselman High School
