EASTLAKE, Ohio - The Hagerstown Suns continued to keep their collective bats on the bus Monday night against the Lake County Captains.
The Suns dropped their seventh straight game and third to Lake County, 1-0, and have now lost 11 of 14 decisions to the Captains this season.
Through the first three games of the four-game series that concludes tonight, Hagerstown has managed one run in 27 innings, scoring only in the fourth inning of the series opener Saturday.
An unearned run spelled defeat for the Suns (13-17 South Atlantic League second half) in the sixth inning following a one-hour rain delay and a fine five-inning start from Josh Habel, who allowed only three hits.
