Born Jan. 2, 1911, in St. Thomas, she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Ida Heister Snider.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Shatzer, in 1985.
She was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church.
She was a member of Detrich-Brechbill American Legion Post 612 Auxiliary.
She was employed by Stanley Co.
She is survived by one sister, Margaret Barnes of Chambersburg; five nieces; three nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and six brothers.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, Chambersburg, Pa. The Rev. James F. Young will officiate. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.

Della L. Sites
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Della Lee Sites, 97, of Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of 625 E. Catherine St., died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at the center.
Born March 22, 1906, in Bunker Hill, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Harry David and Ida Mae Hill Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilber L. Sites Sr., in 1976.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church in Chambersburg, where she had taught Sunday School and was involved in mission work.
She is survived by three daughters, Florence M. Burkholder of Fayetteville, Pa., and Delores I. Hargleroad and J. Marie Hawk, both of Chambersburg; one son, the Rev. Wilber L. Sites Jr. of Chambersburg; one brother, Joseph Stewart of Waynesboro, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Velva B. Cormany; two sisters; four brothers; and one granddaughter.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. The Revs. Christopher T. Little, Wilber L. Sites Jr. and Dennis A. Sites will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Juanita D. Beagles
Juanita Douglas Beagles, 96, of Melody Lane in Hagerstown, died Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at Clearview Nursing Home.
Born Dec. 2, 1906, in Green Day, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Sydney Allen and Mamie Ola Baker Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.J. Beagles, in 1953.
She was employed as a licensed practical nurse.
She was a member of Williamsport Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She is survived by one son, Glenn E. Beagles of Hagerstown; one sister, Laura Caillouet; three brothers, Sydney A. Douglas II, Charles Douglas and James Douglas; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Finkbeiner and Clara Hardy.
Services and burial will be in Arlington (Va.) National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Delmas E. Conner
BOONSBORO - Delmas Eugene Conner, 60, of 301 Orchard Manor Drive, and formerly of Chestnut Grove Road in Keedysville, died Monday, July 7, 2003, in a train accident near Sharpsburg.
Born May 12, 1943, in Albright, W.Va., he was the son of the late Charles Wilhelm and Goldie Conner Wilhelm Keefer.
He was employed by Shepherdstown (W.Va.) Auto Sales for 10 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Chestnut Grove.
He was a member of American Legion Post 0297 in Baltimore and visited the legion in Sharpsburg.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Brenda Conner; one daughter, Judy Burnham of Boonsboro; two sons, Joseph Conner of Boonsboro, and Delmas E. Conner Jr. of Alaska; three brothers, Michael Wilhelm of Boonsboro, and Joseph Wilhelm and Donald Wilhelm, both of Frederick, Md.; seven grandchildren; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one grandson.
A memorial service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro. The Rev. Mary C. Stone will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
