9 p.m. on BBC America

"Red Cap"

9 p.m. on Food Channel

"Unwrapped"

Taking viewers behind the scenes to see how some of our most popular treats are created. Maybe it'll answer my question - what's up with all these sour candies? We'll also go below decks on a cruise ship to find out where they store all that food they endlessly serve.
