Commission on Aging hosts driver safety class

June 21, 2003

The Washington County Commission on Aging will sponsor the AARP Driver Safety program from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, June 25 and 26, at Village of Robinwood, 19800, Tranquillity Circle, Hagerstown.

The course is designed to help drivers improve their skills and prevent traffic accidents. AARP's Drivers' Safety program is approved in every state, and automobile insurance companies in some states provide premium reductions to those who have taken the course.

The cost of the course is $10 per person. Checks should be made out to AARP. If class is canceled, enrollees are notified and registration fees returned or held for the next scheduled class.

For information or to register for class, call Judy Brewer at Washington County Commission on Aging, 301-790-0275, extension 220.
