Conococheague Institute fund-raiser


WELSH RUN, Pa. - Through June 15. The institute is undertaking a new initiative to promote local history of the Franklin County, Pa., and Washington County region. The institute is developing an extensive exhibit on the colonial frontier forts of Franklin and Washington counties, which will open to the public in March 2004.
