HANCOCK - Hancock Town Manager Larry Logan said at Wednesday night's Town Council meeting that the town received a $73,408 refund from Pond Doctor.
Pond Doctor is a North Dakota-based company that sells solar-powered pond mixers.
Hancock officials said the equipment was faulty.
