Things started off well for the Warriors (8-9). Nathan Himes led off the first with a walk and Brad Stotelmyer followed with a bunt single that moved Himes to third. But, in a play that Boonsboro coach Fred Kreiger said typified the Warriors' day, Marty Kaetzel lined into a double play and Southern Garrett escaped the inning.
Catoctin 25, Forest Park 0
THURMONT, Md. - Danny Novak threw a one-hitter with 11 strikeouts to lead Catoctin to a Class 1A South semifinal win over Forest Park.
Novak also had two hits, including a two-run homer, for the Cougars (13-5), who will play host to Brunswick in the region final Friday at 4 p.m.
Chad Wolfe had four hits and five RBI, Will Delawter had two hits and three RBI and Landon Hillard had two hits for Catoctin.
Brunswick 2 Oakland Mills 1
BRUNSWICK, Md. - Preston Tarleton scored from first on an overthrow after a Tommy Blumenauer bunt and Brunswick defeated Oakland Mills in a Class 1A South semifinal.
Brian Baugher scored the other run on a Zack Williams single in the second inning for Brunswick (10-9).
Atholton 7, North 6
COLUMBIA, Md. - Atholton scored the winning run with two out in the bottom of the seventh on its way to a 2A West semifinal win over North Hagerstown.
The Hubs (12-8) trailed 6-2 in the sixth inning before rallying to tie the score. Orland Dean and Trevor Hullinger drove in runs in the inning, while two more runs scored on errors.
Matt Tedrick had a pair of doubles, while T.J. Hose and Chris Grove each had two hits for North.
Walkersville 7, Glenelg 3
GLENELG, Md. - Tyler Reddick hit a two-run triple in the fifth inning and Walkersville went on to defeat Glenelg in the Class 2A West semifinals.
Josh Harrison hit a two-run homer in the seventh to add to the lead, while Ray Dorsey went 3-for-4 for the Lions, who will play in the regional final Friday at home.
St. James 7, St. Andrew's 5
WASHINGTON - Winning pitcher Brock Twigg had a triple and a homer and drove in three runs as St. James got its first win of the season, beating St. Andrew's in a Mid Atlantic Conference game.
Chris Kasenge had two hits, while Gideon Dodge and Alex Bust each had RBI singles for the Saints (1-14, 1-10).
Martinsburg 9, Jefferson 4
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Justin Jackson drove in four runs, three with a home run in the fourth inning, as Martinsburg closed out the regular season with its second win of the season over Jefferson.
Jackson and Keith Holton each had two hits for the Bulldogs (15-12). Holton drove in a pair of runs.
Steve Kozak had two hits for the Cougars (25-8).
Frankfort 6-11 Hedgesville 4-9
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Hedgesville dropped both games of a doubleheader with Frankfort.
In the second game, Dirk Webb and Matt Bartgis each homered, but Frankfort scored three runs in the seventh to beat the Eagles (12-10).

FROSTBURG, Md. - Sarah Harris went 2-for-3 for Beall as the Mountaineers defeated Williamsport (9-13) in a Class 1A West semifinal.
Catoctin 35, Dubois 0
CATOCTIN, Md - Shawna Wilkes and Sam Weaver combined on a no-hitter for Catoctin, which had no trouble in their Class 1A South semifinal.
Weaver had two hits - one a homer - and three RBI, Kim Styles went 3-for-3 with four RBI and Sara Wastler had two hits for Catoctin (19-0).
Brunswick 13 Oakland Mills 2
COLUMBIA, Md. - Hillary Remsburg pitched a complete game, allowing five hits and two walks while striking out six, and Heather Termohlen had three hits as Brunswick defeated Oakland Mills in the Class 1A South semifinals.
The Railroaders will go on the road to face Catoctin Friday at 4 p.m. in the region final.
Nikki Welch and LeEllen Lewis both had two hits and Welch drove in three runs, while Amber Hemp hit a bases-loaded triple in the sixth.
Middletown 2, FSK 1
UNION BRIDGE, Md. - Andrea Riner and Emily Warrenfeltz combined to throw a one-hitter with eight strikeouts for Middletown in a Class 2A West semifinal victory.
