Pa. police find suspected drugs, arrest woman

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The Franklin County Drug Task Force found suspected illegal drugs and arrested a woman while executing a search warrant Tuesday, police said.

The task force found 120 suspected Ecstasy tablets, with an approximate street value of $3,600, in a hotel room at the Rodeway Inn, 10835 John Wayne Drive in Antrim Township, authorities said.

Officers arrested Tiffany Ann Mowery, 22, who was in the room, police said. Police said the last known address for Mowery, who was living in room 146 at the hotel, was 536 George St. in Hagerstown.

Police are trying to find Rudy Menard, 25, who also goes by the names James Hill and Ruben Wright, police said. Menard's last fixed address was in Jamaica, N.Y.

Both people were charged with one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Mowery was arraigned before District Justice Shatzer and released after posting $10,000 bond, police said.
