SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Business Technology Source LLC has opened new offices at Old Town Center at the corner of Princess and Washington streets in Shepherdstown.

Formerly Patuxent Software, the company is offering expanded services under its new name, including information technology support for small businesses in the Quad-State region.

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Bank Insurance & Securities Association has honored Fulton Financial Advisors' and Hagerstown Trust's Advisors' Retail Brokerage Program as the Best Community Based Brokerage Program in the country for 2002.

Fulton Financial Advisors was honored as the top performing community bank brokerage program at the association's annual conference in March.

The BISA award program consists of three annual awards: the Community Based Program of the Year, the Large Institution Program of the Year and the Regional Institution Program of the Year. The criteria used in the selection process were customer service and reputation in the industry, productivity of the investment consultant staff, retention of investment consultants and compliance accuracy records.


Noland Co.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Noland Co.'s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of eight cents, payable on May 1 to stockholders of record at the close of business April 14.

This is the 70th consecutive year in which Noland Co., a wholesale distributor of mechanical equipment to the building trades and industry, has paid regular cash dividends.
