Kiwanis Club to hold annual charter night

Miss Maryland 2002 and other performers will attend the Downtown Hagerstown Kiwanis Club 82nd Annual Charter Night Thursday at Fountain Head Country Club.

The event marks the founding of the club in 1921 by 75 business and professional men.
