Tricia Ann Daugherty of Chambersburg, Pa., and Michael Chad Murray of Hagerstown announce their engagement.

Miss Daugherty is the daughter of Roy and Sue Daugherty of Chambersburg. She is a 1998 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and a 2002 graduate of York College with a bachelor of science degree in recreational therapy. She is employed by the Board of Child Care in Martinsburg, W.Va.

Mr. Murray is the son of Elaine Ambrose of Virginia and Mike and Susie Murray of Greencastle, Pa. He is a 1990 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. He is employed as a service manager with R.L. Bentley Machinery Repair in Greencastle.

A September wedding is planned.


Denise Joy Pile and Gregory Steven Wood of Montclair, Va., announce their engagement.

Ms. Pile is the daughter of Karl and Patricia Pile of Hagerstown. She is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School and Hagerstown Junior College. She is employed at Potomac Ambulatory Surgical Center in Woodbridge, Va.


Mr. Wood is the son of JoyAnne Wood of Wytheville, Va, and the late Duke Wood. He is a lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard, stationed at the Coast Guard Navigation Center in Alexandria, Va.

An April 19 wedding is planned.


Mr. and Mrs. Paul N. Divelbiss of Clear Spring announce the engagement of their daughter, Erica Dawn, to Casey Robert Bakner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Bakner of Hagers-town.

Miss Divelbiss is a 1999 graduate of Cumberland Valley Christian School. She is employed by Sears Miracle-Ear in Hagerstown.

Mr. Bakner is a 1998 graduate of Broadfording Christian Academy. He is employed as a supervisor through Sears in Martinsburg, W.Va.

A Feb. 14, 2004 wedding is planned.
