Pauline V. Taulton

BOONSBORO - Pauline Virginia Taulton, 90, of Reeders Memorial Home, and formerly of Yarrowsburg, Md., died Tuesday, March 11, 2003, at Washington County Hospital.

Born July 23, 1912, in Yarrowsburg, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Laura Belle Himes Itnyre.

Her husband, Howard S. Taulton, died in 1980.

She was a homemaker and was employed at Atomic Energy in Germantown, Md.

She was a member of Brownsville Church of the Brethren.

She was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 1136; American Legion Post 96, Brunswick, Md., and Pocahantas of Frederick, Md.

She is survived by three daughters, Thomasine Germack of Frederick, Joann Coulter of Yarrowsburg, and Susie Ruffner of Boonsboro; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by one son, Howard Taulton; and six brothers.

Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Brownsville Church of the Brethren. The Rev. Daniel M. Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Brownsville Heights Cemetery.

The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro.
