HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Samantha Guell had 18 points and 11 rebounds and No. 4 Hedgesville defeated Jefferson 60-44 in a battle of Eastern Panhandle teams.

Jennifer Hoffman had 12 points, five steals and seven rebounds, while Tiffany Linn had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Eagles (12-3).

Keisha Thomas had 14 points for Jefferson (6-5). Jill Bradley had 12.

Dana Shook had a triple-double of 25 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists for the Railroaders (6-7, 5-5), while Casey Escamilla added 16 points and 12 boards. Ashley Hickerson had 18 points and Leah McCallum grabbed a team-high 14 rebounds.

Emily Balogh led Catoctin with 13 points, while Heidi Stull and Lindsay Gladhill each added 11.
