Seventeen members of the management team at Citicorp Credit Services in Hagerstown were among those who recently received Citi Cards President's Leadership Award.

Sharrett Inc. announces the following promotions from its annual directors meeting:

-- William K. Perryman was elected president of Sharrett Inc. Perryman joined the company in 1992 and held the position of vice president/treasurer.

-- Sharon L. Poffenberger was promoted to personnel manager. Poffenberger joined the company in 1989 and most recently held the position of personnel administrator.

Kelly L. Shank has joined Keller Stonebraker Insurance Inc. as a commercial sales representative for property and casualty and employee benefits insurance coverages.

Shank has worked in the insurance industry for more than 15 years.




Hopewell Sheet Metal Manufacturing



Hopewell Sheet Metal Manufacturing Inc. held its 22nd annual Christmas party at the Red Horse Steak House in Hagerstown on Dec. 6.

Four employees were honored for 10 years of service with the company. The employees are Vice President Mark Baker, Leon Myers, Kenneth Snodderly and William Whetzel.

-- Shirley Bayer was the top agent in commissions earned.

D.M. Bowman



WILLIAMSPORT - D.M. Bowman Inc. received two honors from the Maryland Motor Truck Association.

-- Richard Downin, a 23-year employee for the company's Frederick, Md., terminal, was selected 2002 MMTA Driver of the year. Downin was Driver of the Month for April 2002 and has driven 1.8 million miles.

-- Michael Connelly, chief safety officer, received the Safety Manager of the Year award in recognition and appreciation for promoting safety on the highways.




Shepherd College



SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -Thomas C. Segar of Hagerstown has been named director of multicultural student affairs at Shepherd College.

Segar was an educational trainer and consultant in the areas of diversity, leadership and character development, providing services to the Penn State University System, Lehigh University, Arcadia University, Philadelphia University and Rutgers University-Newark Campus.

Segar previously was employed in residence life at Gettysburg College for 31/2 years as an area coordinator, assistant director and associate director, and has served as a residence director at Shippensburg University for 21/2 years.

Segar earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology and a certificate in Afro-American studies from the University of Maryland in College Park. He earned a master of science degree in counseling with a specialization in college student personnel from Shippensburg University.

-- Butch Cazin was the agent with the most new listings, top producer and top seller with a sales volume of $2,293,550.

-- John H. McDowell Jr. and Lucille Yoder - 25 years of service.

-- Florine Chilcote - 20 years.

-- Donald Kunkle, Pamela Martin and Sara Hollinshead - 15 years.

-- Cheryl Gehr, Elaine Bowders and Linda Eiker - 10 years.




Graphics Universal



GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Rosalie Grosh has joined Graphics Universal Inc. in Greencastle as head of the human resources department.

Grosh, of Greencastle, worked for eight years for Lippincott, Williams and Wilkins, a national medical publishing company in Hagerstown, and for three years at Supervalue Food Distribution Center in Williamsport.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -Audrey Stull has been named Employee of the Month for December at Lutheran Home Care Services.

Stull has been a medical records assistant with the agency for three years. Prior to joining the agency, she was a secretary at Letterkenny Army Depot for 15 years.

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Julie Wesley has joined Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA's Greencastle office as a sales associate.

Wesley attended pre-licensing courses at the Frederick Academy of Real Estate at Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pa.
