Pa. woman escapes injuries in Friday crash



CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania woman escaped injury Friday night when her vehicle ran off a snow-covered road and flipped over, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Beth Ann Plank, of Biglerville, Pa., was eastbound on U.S. 30 in a 2001 GMC sport utility vehicle when she lost control on the road near Pa. 223, police said.

The vehicle crossed the westbound lane, traveled off the road and flipped onto its roof, police said.

Plank was wearing a seat belt and was not injured, police said. No other vehicles were involved.
