MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - An argument as Tego Bay Lounge and Restaurant was closing early Sunday may have led to two shootings that wounded two men, according to police.

At about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, a man described as black, 6 feet, 1 inch tall and having a thin build, allegedly shot two men following a disagreement between some women in the parking lot of the Martinsburg club as it was closing, according to Lt. K.C. Bohrer of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Department.

Bohrer said police are not sure yet whether the argument in the parking lot was related to the shooting, but said the man was not known to the victims.

Tego Bay is at 1110A Hedgesville Road (W.Va. 9) outside of Martinsburg.

Robert S. Page, 26, of Winchester, Va., was shot once in the left foot and Glen A. White Jr., 25, of Washington, D.C., was shot once in the upper thigh area.

Both victims were treated at City Hospital in Martinsburg and were in good condition Sunday night, a nursing supervisor said.

The alleged shooter is believed to be known as "Sticks," "TJ" or "Woo," according to police reports.

The alleged shooter was seen in a black Lincoln Navigator or Ford Expedition, Bohrer said.

He said police found shell casings from a 9 mm automatic handgun at the scene and believe that a 9 mm was used in the shooting.

Anyone with information on the shooting or on the alleged shooter is asked to call 304-267-7000 or Crime Solvers at 1-304-267-4999.
