CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Central Dauphin hit a 3-pointer with 2.5 seconds remaining to defeat Chambersburg 64-62 in Mid-Penn Commonwealth action Thursday night.

Jess Banks scored 12 points and had five assists to lead Chambersburg. Irv Sleighter added 11 points while Jonathan Notichka scored 10 points, Jim Sheep had six rebounds and Luke Oyler had five assists for the Trojans (1-5).

Shane Harvey led the Rams with 26 points.

ST. JAMES - Mercersburg Academy defeated host St. James 56-15, Martinsburg 52-17 and Wilson, 62-5.

Sam Carrasco (5-1), Jonathan Edwards (5-1), Kenan Wright (6-0), Adam Rook (6-0), Matt Englehart (5-1) and Josh Edgin (5-1) all had three victories, while Graham Zifferer (5-1), Ryan Reid (4-1), Brett Gallaway (4-1), Aaron Barnette (2-0) and Nate Fochtman (5-1) all won twice for the Blue Storm.
