CLEAR SPRING - The first Christmas in Clear Spring event will be held on Saturday.
Described as an event for the entire family, townspeople and visitors are encouraged to begin their Saturday night activities with a performance of a brass trio at the Verizon building at 202 Cumberland St. at 6 p.m.
From there, walkers will head to St. John's United Church of Christ, where the Clear Spring High School Chorale will perform holiday music at 6:30 p.m.
Soloist Colleen Clark will be next on the tour at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at 6:55 p.m.
Harpist David Karstaedt is set to play at St. Michael's Catholic Church at 7:15 p.m.
A performance at St. Peter's Lutheran Church by the Clear Spring High School Show Choir will start at 7:30 p.m.
A number of businesses and churches will offer Christmas goodies and there will be a visit from Santa Claus.
