Michael and Tracy (Bishop) McCauley of Hagerstown announce the birth of their first child, a son, Garrett Michael McCauley, Aug. 24, 2002. Maternal grandparents are Rocky and June Bishop of Clear Spring. Paternal grandparents are Patricia McCauley of Hagerstown and the late R. Lee McCauley. Maternal great-grandparents are Esther Bowen of Clear Spring, James Shelby of Williamsport, Marvin Bishop of Boonsboro and Jack and Mary Ann Risinger of Hedgesville, W.Va.
