Jack and Deborah Weihl

Jack and Deborah Weihl of Waynesboro, Pa., were honored for their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday, July 13, at a celebration at Waynesboro Country Club hosted by their daughter, Alicia; son, Jackson; and Mrs. Weihl's parents, George and Dorothy Potter. Mr. Weihl's best man, Robert Wetzel, and Mrs. Weihl's matron of honor, Pandora Yeakle, were among the guests present.

The Weihls were married July 17, 1977, at Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown by the Rev. Howard Smith, now deceased.

Mrs. Weihl is the daughter of George and Dorothy Potter of Waynesboro. She is an elementary music teacher in the Washington County school district and teaches teacher education classes for Wilkes University.

Mr. Weihl is the son of Pauline B. Weihl of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and the late Fred P. Weihl. He is a social studies teacher in the Washington County school district and teaches U.S. history at Hagerstown Community College.
