The people arrested during Thursday's drug raid at five Hagerstown locations and the charges filed are:

  • Rahiem Ray, 31, of Baltimore, three counts of distribution of cocaine and one count each of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $750,000.

  • Jenito Lorenzo Bernier, 20, of 41 East Ave., Apt. 1, one count each of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $40,000.

    Ray and Bernier were arrested in the parking lot of the Venice Inn on Dual Highway.

  • Dawn May Lopez, 22, of 41 East Ave., one count each of possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $15,000.

  • Sean Eric Scott, 34, of 27 E. Washington St., Apt. 2W, one count each of distribution of cocaine and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. He was also served with an outstanding warrant. Bond was set at $150,000.

  • Edward Curtis Chavis, 29, of Westminster, Md., one count each of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $175,000.

  • Eric Von Scott, 35, of 31 E. Washington St., Apt. 42, one count each of distribution of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance for distribution of cocaine and possession of a non-narcotic substance. Bond was set at $75,000.

    Sean Scott, Eric Scott and Chavis were arrested at 31 E. Washington St., Apt. 42.

  • Shirley May Shawyer, 43, of 31 E. Washington St., Apt. 22, one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

  • Collie Lee Johnson Jr., 44, of 31 E. Washington St., Apt. 22. Johnson was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Bond was set at $2,500.

  • Michelle Ann Brezler, 29, of 27 E. Washington St., Apt. 2W, one count each of possession of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance for distribution of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance for the use of narcotics. She was released on her own recognizance.

    The 10th person arrested Thursday was a 17-year-old Hagerstown girl. She was charged with one count each of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of cocaine. She was released to the custody of her mother.

    The seven defendants for whom bond was set were still being held at the Washington County Detention Center Friday night.
