MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Phyllis Williams is the newest member of the City Hospital Board of Trustees.
Williams graduated from City Hospital's nursing school in 1960. She was a nurse, nurse manager and nursing supervisor at the hospital until her retirement in December 2000.

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Patricia Dwyer has been appointed dean of teaching, learning and instructional resources at Shepherd College.
Dwyer will work with the directors of the honors program and the writing center to develop a "Writing Across the Curriculum" program. She also will serve as a member of the Vice President for Academic Affairs' Deans Group.
Dwyer served as the director of the honors program at Shepherd from 1995 to 2000, and as the director for assessment of student learning from 1998 to the present.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Kim Coleman was named Employee of the Month for September at Lutheran Home Care Services.
Coleman has been with Lutheran Home Care Services for 16 years as a registered nurse. Prior to coming to the agency, Coleman worked in private-duty nursing, was a substitute elementary school teacher, an adult basic education teacher and a licensed practical nurse in the U.S. Army.
Coleman is a graduate of the University of Texas-El Paso.
