Michelle Fickes scored with two goals and an assist as North Hagerstown shut out Brunswick 5-0 Tuesday.

Kelly Salvagno had a goal and an assist, Corrie Jones and Renee Gulache each scored a goal, and Brenna Bacon and Kelsey Brasher had an assist each for North (6-1).

Brunswick had no shots on goal.

No. 2 Jefferson 2, No. 8 Hedgesville 2

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. - Gabby Carstens scored both goals for Jefferson (7-2-1), and Melissa Clevenger and Amy Warnick each added an assist. Jaquie Fisher and Emily Peacock scored a goal each and Leslie Kirk had an assist for Hedgesville. Each team took six shots in the game.

Flint Hill 2, St. James 0

OAKTON, Va. - Blair Ecton and Tamolah Vo each scored for Flint Hill. St. James fell to 1-5-2.



No. 6 Williamsport 5, South 0

Chris Ciccarelli, Ben Jordan and Chris Cornwell each scored a goal for Williamsport (6-1), and South (0-6,0-4) added two own goals. Josh Bowers, Rhet Troxell and Matt Oliver each had an assist. Five saves were recorded by Williamsport.

Carlisle 3, No. 8 Waynesboro 2

CARLISLE, Pa. - Carlisle scored on a penalty kick with eight minutes left to break a 2-2 tie in the Mid-Penn Keystone Division matchup.

Waynesboro (3-5, 2-3) tied the game 1-1 on John Weber's first-half goal and took a 2-1 lead on Nick Kipe's second-half goal. Phil Woodring tallied both assists for the Indians, while James Woodring made seven saves.

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Josh Johnson scored a goal on an assist by Matt Myers and Travis High had seven saves for James Buchanan (5-4-1). JV: James Buchanan 3-1.

No. 10 Greencastle 1, Boiling Springs 0

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Matt Mohler scored the winning goal with 9:22 left in the second overtime,on an assist by Brad Cordell. Steve Sprague had eight saves for Greencastle (7-4).

Georgetown Day School 2, St. James 1

ST. JAMES - Chip West scored both of Georgetown Day School's goals including the game-winning penalty kick. Jordan Ottley scored on an assist from Dan Park for St. James (3-5-1, 0-3-1).

Goretti 4, Catoctin 3

Steve Costello and David Savino each had two goals for Goretti (3-6-1). Ben Rose, Vinnie Testa and Ken Hinchcliffe each scored for Catoctin (2-4).

Grace 3, CVCS 0

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Ryan Myers had two goals and Darren Sweeney scored another for Grace (7-1-1, 7-0-1). Jordan Hanft had two assists, Jared Barnhart had an assist, and Danny Carber had 10 saves for Grace.

HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Keri Jackson served 15 straight points to win the second game and also had three kills for Hedgesville as it swept Allegany, 15-6, 15-4, 15-8. Ashley Copenhaver added five kills, Megan Grant had four kills, and Tiffany Burkhart had three kills for Hedgesville (12-2-3).

Southern Fulton 2, Northern Bedford 0

LOYSBURG, Pa. - Bethany Mellott had 15 service points, including three aces, and Cajan Woodal had eight service points for Southern Fulton (5-2) in the 15-5, 15-3 sweep. JV: Southern Fulton 2-1.

James Buchanan 2, Trinity 0

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - Abby Stoner had nine service points and five kills while Emilee Seville added nine service points and three aces to help James Buchanan remain undefeated with a 15-4, 15-1 sweep of Trinity.

The Rockets are 10-0, including a 8-0 mark in the Mid-Penn Capital Conference.

Jess Stough had 15 digs and Lindsay Crider added 15 assists for JB.

Broadfording 3, Hancock 1

HANCOCK - Cindel Young tallied three aces, four kills, 12 hits and three blocks for Broadfording in the 6-15, 15-5, 15-0, 15-11 victory. Dee Brown had three aces, 12 service points, three kills, nine hits and three blocks, Becca Conner had eight aces and 13 assists, and Tina Conner added three aces, 10 service points, seven kills and 17 hits for Broadfording (4-4). Jodi Keefer had seven points and six assists, Carrie Beaver had three kills, Heather Klinefelter had three kills and four points, Danielle Bowman added five assists and Danielle Yost scored four points for Hancock (6-2).

Musselman 3, Goretti 0

Ashley Kisner had nine kills for Musselman (4-1) in its 15-6, 15-7, 15-10 sweep. Emily Wheaton added eight kills for the Applemen, while Amanda Shanholtz had 12 service points, including three aces, and 29 assists, and Julie Grove had 10 service points, including two aces.

Katie Martin had 10 kills for Goretti (2-6). JV: Musselman, 2-0.

No. 6 McConnellsburg 2, Hyndman 0

HYNDMAN, Pa. - Heidi Swope had 13 service points and 17 kill assists as the Spartans won, 15-2, 15-3. Heather DeShong and Steph Paylor each had six service points, Lindsay Lininger had nine kills and four blocks and Jade Anthony had five kills for McConnellsburg (7-0).

Grace Academy 3, CVCS 2

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Susanna Hill had eight assists and 14 kills to lead Grace (8-0) to the 15-5, 10-15, 15-12, 10-15, 15-2 win. Lauren Durbin had 10 kills and Ashley Michael had 20 assists.
