The town of Williamsport will hold a service today to remember victims of the terrorist attacks last Sept. 11.

Mayor John Slayman said church bells will ring nine times this morning to represent September, the ninth month.

At noon, bells will chime 11 times to represent the 11th day.

The ceremony in Byron Memorial Park will then begin.
