Volunteer Ranger Program
BIG POOL - The State Forest and Park Service wants to expand its Volunteer Ranger Program for the Fort Frederick State Park complex, including Fort Frederick State Park and Western Maryland Rail Trail. Volunteers patrol 100 hours annually, assisting trail users, work on special events and work with interpreters on programming and other activities.
