Trail was previously employed for seven years as a sales administrative assistant at Hoffman Automotive.
Washington County Health Department
The Washington County Health Department has announced that Stephen Christman has been selected as Employee of the Month for August.
Christman is a senior maintenance mechanic and has been employed with the health department since 2001.
City Hospital
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Dr. Michael B. Weigner has joined the emergency department at City Hospital.
Weigner received his degree from the Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pa.
Weigner completed his residency in York, Pa., where he was Intern of the Year in 2000 and chief resident in 2001-02. He also has experience as a flight surgeon while serving in the military.
JLG Industries
McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. -Kevin S. Ramsburg was named managing director-North America for Access Financial Services Inc. (AFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of JLG Industries.
Ramsburg was most recently director of operations for AFS. Prior to joining JLG in November 2000, he was director of treasury and financial services at Grove Worldwide in Shady Grove, Pa. During his 14 years at Grove, he progressed through various positions within the treasury and financial services division. He began his career in 1986 at Old National Bank as an associate trust officer.
Ramsburg holds a bachelor's degree in business/finance from West Virginia University, and continued with post-graduate studies in management at Penn State University.
Waynesboro Hospital
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Two employees at Waynesboro Hospital recently received certifications in their specialties.
Marsha Smith, a medical technologist, became certified as a clinical laboratory scientist by the National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel.
The certification allows Smith to perform supervisory duties in the lab, and helps the hospital meet requirements for the Joint Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations.
Nesha Stone, a registered nurse, recently attained the level of registered respiratory therapist from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
The certification, which is the highest level a respiratory therapist can achieve, allows Stone to perform more advanced respiratory duties at a level that requires minimal supervision.

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - The law offices of Dick, Stein & Schemel announce the addition of Jeremiah D. Zook to the firm.
Zook joined the firm June 17 as an associate attorney. He will focus in the areas of family law, criminal law, wills and estates, and contract and personal injury litigation.
Zook joins the firm after serving as an attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Agency in Wayne County, Ohio.
Zook is a 1997 graduate of Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Va., and a 2000 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio.

Tina Long reached the $2 million mark in production so far this year. She is a member of Jack Gaughen's President's Club and has earned her CRS and GRI designations.
Mike West reached the $2 million mark for the year. West is a past president of the Franklin County Board of Realtors. He holds an associate broker's license and has earned his ABR, CRS and GRI designations.
Jean Rosenberger reached the $2 million mark for the year. She is celebrating 20 years with ERA, and has earned her CRS, ERS and GRI designations.
Bob Snurr reached the $1 million mark in production so far this year. He has an extensive background in mortgage banking, and has earned his GRI designation.
