Prior to joining JLG, Celli was Latin America marketing director for CNH Global representing the Case, Fiat Allis and New Holland product brands. He also worked for Clark Ltd. as national manager of marketing, sales and distribution, and has 20 years of global assignment experience with IBM, where he progressed to business manager and later, operations and marketing manager.
Celli earned his degree in business administration from Pontiff Catholic University in Campinas, Brazil. He also holds specialized degrees in foreign trade and marketing administration from Fundancao Getulio University in Brazil.
-- Wayne P. MacDonald has been promoted to senior vice president of engineering.
MacDonald is responsible for product development engineering and continues to oversee the development activities associated with advanced technology, applications engineering, reliability engineering, design analysis, industrial design and CAD systems.
MacDonald has nearly 25 years of product experience and a proven record of engineering accomplishments with JLG. He is credited with leading the development teams that brought JLG such products as the 600 Series of boom lifts, the new family of electric boom lifts and the Concept 2000 hydrogen fuel cell-powered boom lift.
MacDonald earned his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, and is a registered professional engineer in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
-- Philip H. Rehbein has been promoted to senior vice president of finance.
Rehbein, who most recently served as vice president of finance, joined JLG in 1997 as corporate controller. He was promoted to vice president and corporate controller in 1998, and to vice president and general manager of Gradall in 2000.
Prior to joining JLG, Rehbein held various finance and operational positions with Black and Decker.
Rehbein earned his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Elmira (N.Y.) College and served in the U.S. Air Force.
