Brunswick 3, Jefferson 1: Corey O'Bryan went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI for Brunswick, who sweep the series with Jefferson. Brunswick will defend their championship against Hagerstown with Game 1 of their best-of-7 series on Saturday at 2 p.m. at North Hagerstown High School.

BJ's Embroidery 3, Flames 1: Winning pitcher Mark Simons pitched a two-hitter, while Curty Cline and Tyler Cline each had two hits to lead BJ's.

Hub City Softball


Lenox 22, Coors Light 10: Travis Miller had five hits, Rocky Berger had four and Mike Mazingo, Frank Hood and Rod Rector each had three for Lenox.

Jerry's Sports 15, Midas 4: Steve Presgraves was 4-for-4. Scott Schupp had three hits. Scott Ricker and Rich Hayes had homers.




BRIEF



Pee Wee tennis class


A one-week session for kids ages 4-9 at the Martinsburg Health and Fitness Club in the Holiday Inn will ne held Monday through Thursday. The class instructors are Shepherd College Tennis Coach Chris Stambaugh and former Shepherd No. 1 women's player Jamie Blake. The class will feature the fundamentals of tennis and games.
