Easter Seals

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Amy Rohrer, occupational therapist at Easter Seals, has earned the title of certified ergonomic assessment specialist.

Rohrer is able to assist individuals and companies in reducing the problems associated with musculoskeletal disorders by identifying ergonomic risk factors according to OSHA standards and developing effective industry and/or office-based programs.

Bodyworks Massage Center

Bodyworks Massage Center has announced the addition of the following Maryland and nationally certified massage therapists:

  • Diane Redding, CMT, a Level 3 certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.

  • Angela Armstrong, RN, CMT.

Redding and Armstrong join Jan Borell, NTS, CMT; Mary Nye, CMT; and Christine Lane, RN, CMT.

Marsha Guderjohn, master Reiki teacher and practitioner, will provide Reiki treatments and train classes.

Washington County Mental Health Authority

Susan Lindstrom, a licensed clinical social worker, is the new director of Child and Adolescent Service at the Washington County Mental Health Authority.


She comes to the Mental Health Authority from the Institute for Family Centered Services.

Brinkley previously practiced with Robinwood Internal Medicine.

Scott D. Ford, with Cornerstone Advisors in Hagerstown, recently attended the 2002 National Sales and Education Conference hosted by Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL Financial Services).

Lambert has been with the agency for almost two years as an LPN based in the Adams County, Pa. office.

Shepherd College

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Shepherd College faculty member Roger B. Hamood of Martinsburg, W.Va., received the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants' Outstanding Educator Award for 2001.

Hamood was recognized for his exemplary teaching and his service to his students.

He is assistant professor of accounting and chair of the Department of Accounting. He has been teaching at Shepherd since 1978.
