City Hospital

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - City Hospital has announced its newest member of the board of trustees, Donna D. Shewbridge.

Shewbridge has more than 30 years experience in many levels of health care delivery systems including hospital, long-term care, home health and outpatient. She also is knowledgeable in insurance procedures and operations, finance, health care policy, laws and regulations.

Country Meadows Retirement Communities

FREDERICK, Md. - Country Meadows Retirement Communities has announced the appointment of Melissa L. Hadley as administrator of the new Country Meadows of Frederick campus, which opened in April.

Hadley brings to the position an extensive long-term care background. Her professional experience includes a lengthy relationship with Ravenwood Lutheran Village.


Country Meadows also recently announced the appointment of Debra L. Savageau as director of marketing.

Savageau, of Frederick, has a background in senior health care, having most recently worked for Daybreak Adult Day Services Inc. in Frederick.

MidAtlantic Farm Credit

FREDERICK, Md. - Mark Schnebly of Clear Spring has been hired as an accountant executive for MidAtlantic Farm Credit and will work out of the Frederick office.

Cynthia Moler was the top sales associate by settled volume, volume and units and the top selling sales associate by volume and units.

Steve W. Hose has joined Farmers & Mechanics as financial adviser of the Wealth Management Group.

With 10 years in the financial/banking industry, Hose has had extensive sales management training and is licensed with NASD's Series 7 and 65, as well as health, life and casualty insurance licenses.

Rental Service Corp.

Larry Dorsey was selected Employee of the Month for June at Rental Service Corp. in Hagerstown.

Dorsey is an equipment service technician at the Hagerstown facility in the Earley Industrial Park off Md. 65.

Long & Foster

Jason Carbaugh was the top producer and top seller at Hagerstown Long & Foster in June with a sales volume of $1,517,350.

Rose Greenawalt was the top lister, and Rick Baker was the agent with the most new listings.

O'Neill Physical Therapy Service

Leigh Martin, P.T.A. at O'Neill Physical Therapy Service in Hagerstown, recently completed the course "Cervical/Cervicogenic Headaches."

The course was focused on treating headaches of musculo-skeletal origin and appropriate physical therapy intervention.
