ChambersFest highlights

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - ChambersFest, a 10-day community-wide celebration, begins this week. Some events include:

July 18 to 20: Tours of the old jail, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Free. Call 1-717-264-1667.

July 19: ChambersFest opening ceremonies and TGIF Brown Bag Series, noon at Courthouse Square. Free. Call 1-717-264-6883.

July 20: James Humelsine Memorial Volksmarch 5K and 10K walk through historic Chambersburg, starting at Chambersburg Area Middle School, 7 to 11 a.m. Free. Call 1-717-263-8633.
