LEESBURG, Va. -- Oatlands Plantation is looking for artists for the Fourth Annual Four Seasons of Oatlands Art Show and Sale. The theme of the show includes images of the Mosby Heritage Area, which encompasses Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William and Warren counties in Virginia and Jefferson County in West Virginia. SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Scott Cawood returns to Shepherdstown to celebrate his 12th year at the Contemporary American Theater Festival with an exhibition of new works.
