FREDERICK, Md. - Cynthia L. Perini, a senior vice president and director of the Investment Center and financial adviser at Raymond James Financial Services Inc. in Frederick has been named to the firm's 2002 Leaders Council in recognition of outstanding client service and exemplary professional growth.

Perini, who joined Raymond James in 1995, has more than 19 years of financial and investment experience.




Waypoint Bank

Michael R. Baylor has been appointed president of Waypoint Bank's Potomac Regional Banking Division.

Baylor's responsibilities will include the coordination and management of the retail, small business and commercial activities.

Baylor, of Hagerstown, joins Waypoint from Belmont National Bank, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer.

Robert C. Crouse, president of the Potomac Region since 1998, will now be a senior vice president.




O'Neill Physical Therapy Services

Chrystal McDonald, physical therapist, recently joined the staff of O'Neill Physical Therapy Services in Hagerstown.

Mary Llewellyn was the top lister, and Joan Schupp and Rose Greenawalt tied for the agents with the most new listings.




JRA Executive Air

Tony Schaefer has been appointed Paint Shop director, responsible for the management of the aircraft and interior refurbishment departments at JRA Executive Air Inc.

Schaefer was previously the president of Aircraft Refinishing Technology in California, Md.

JRA Executive Air, which operates at Hagerstown Regional Airport, does extensive structural repairs of damaged aircraft and performs routine maintenance and exterior and interior refurbishment.

Sanders is employed as assistant director of Assisted Living at Penn Hall, where she has worked since February of 2000.

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Larry Veihmeyer has joined the staff of VerStanding Broadcasting of Greencastle, Pa., (WAYZ, WSRT, WWMD, WCBG) as general sales manager.

Veihmeyer, of Frederick, Md., comes from WFRE, Clear Channel Communications in Frederick where he was an account executive for three years and general sales manager for 10 years.
